Here's my point of view
I was swept away by the amazing views from the 17th floor and the attentive service. The room featured modern amenities and the window view was unreal, especially when gazing at the bridge at night. Close proximity to restaurants made evenings good, while the pool offered a charming space for relaxation. Highly recommend!

Ideal, magnificent location in Haeundae district really close to the beach along the coastline, and the Haeundae promenade. Also, to the Busan area. Very impressed with king room with great views...

The room and view were fine! The staff were accommodating, helping us with our bags . The attention to the little details in the room.
The bedding, while comfortable, could use a refresh for a more modern feel.

Waking up to a fine sea view was a highlight. The staff greeted us warmly. There's a convenient shuttle service to the airport right outside the hotel. Breakfast offered a nice variety, though choices became repetitive after a few days. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries that smelled nice. I found the bed pillows too soft for my liking. The spa services were fully booked , which frustrated me since I wanted to indulge in a massage. The pool rules about swimming caps felt a bit excessive, especially for foreign travelers unfamiliar with the policy. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel itself felt luxurious and the atmosphere was relaxing. I'd definitely return for the warm service and beautiful views, hoping to book spa treatments in advance next time.

Lovely Views and Really good Service
During our family vacation, the amazing ocean view from our Beautiful Kings Room was lovely, especially during sunrise. The attentive staff provided flawless service. Breakfast options were diverse, with delicious local dishes that suited everyone's tastes. Although the pool facilities could use clearer guidelines for usage, it did not detract from our overall wonderful experience.

A luxurious escape by the coast
I was delighted by the amazing ocean view from my King Room. Each morning brought a new canvas of color as the sun rose over the Gwangan Bridge.
I was disappointed that the spa appointments were fully booked , limiting my relaxation options after exploring the area.

Fine, Fine, Fine
The views from my King Room with Ocean View were amazing, especially at sunset when the sky lit up with vibrant colors. The breakfast on the 31st floor was a culinary delight, with a perfect combo of Western and Korean options, including my favorite egg benedict with caviar! The indoor pool area is a dream, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer very nice ocean views while you lounge.
